If Disney made bookshops…they still wouldn’t be as romantic as this! with its high banks of exquisite shelving, warm lighting and whimsical library ladders, The interior of Hatchards in Cheltenham had the feel of some wondrous theatre production. stunning!

I tried to bring something of this the inviting glow to life on the page by creating more transparency in the windows. Hopefully i’ve managed to express a little of that, and of just how well the interior and exterior complimented each other.
