My father is a renowned restauranter / entrepreneur and general force of nature in Glasgow, he is also one of my biggest cheerleaders. When He asked if I would design the cover of his book I (hesitantly) said yes. I say hesitantly because trying to capture what my Dad wants is like trying to capture lightning in a bottle. in the end we succeeded!

The city was an important character in the book so a combination of these key Glasgow buildings alongside the cutlery in a contemporary colorway got the “flavor” of this book across.
